The current turmoil faced by the government only touch the
tip of the ice burg. The original heat that is hidden under the "RING
OF FIRE" encircling the shores of Semananjong,Sarawak and Sarawak must
not be overlooked no under estimated  in our haste to institute
immediate political reforms. While political reforms initially
concentrate on the structural flawed of the legal appliances in
respect of electoral system, the other major and important changes
which we equally need to address are the "regional administrative and
economic benefits" which should be rightly accrued to the people of
Sarawak and Sabah. These privileges which were incorporated under the
IGC terms, must not be placed at the back seats of our current fights
for fairness, justice and equality. The reformations should be
structured to cover both the spirit and forms of changes envisage. Only
then our struggle would be meaningfully inclusive and perhaps may
attract wider scale of support.
It entails benefit for the politicians, civil servants and the people
of the eastern states which have been marginalized since the formation
of Malaysia. The terms agreed in the IGC report which tacitly
stipulated regional benefits of ownership within Malaysian Entity has
not been revised in spite of the provisions provided otherwise.

An extended "reserved of good will which is highly
symbolic" merely shows a grudging respect for the federal leadership
to essentially avoid inherent political rapture from growing into
uncontrollable scale of internal crisis. This is the most opportune
occasion for Sarawakians and Sabahans to jointly forward joint
professional demands to proportionately restructure the set up of our
Malaysian Administrative bureaucracy, Judiciary and parliamentary
privileges in accordance with original marriage agreements signed in
1963.To achieve what we were fighting for, Sarawakian and Sabahan must
be focused and determined to jointly shoulders to carry this important
task to get our east Malayalam rights reinstated on equitable footing
consummate with our equal legal status in Malaysian federation. Without

Description: More
Sarawak and Sabah there will be no Malaysia. Hence you see the
importance of these two States.

It should be born in mind that ministerial appointment is
"the prerogative of the Prime Minster".Sabah and Sarawak contributed
57 parliamentary seats which is slightly more than one third of the
total members of Malaysian Parliament. Logically and legitimately "one
deputy prime minister" should be reserved on rotation basis for
members of parliament from these two states to ensure that a coherent
political future will be kept intact. The current arrangement is
unsatisfactorily arranged. Treating the two State as fixed deposits is
ridiculing the intelligent of the East Malaysian voters. Appointing
losers or non-elected members to hold ministerial appointments is a
mockery. It naturally caused distensions from senior elected members
who have been by pass so many times. Such move undermines the strength
of the government in power. Sign of disloyalty is highly probable in
the event of political crisis.

Secondly over the years, civil servants from Sabah and
Sarawak hardly enjoyed the opportunity to head important government
department such as the ketua Setia Negara, or deputy, or head of
Treasury,JKR, Epu,Police,KSUs of ministries or director general of
professional government departments or vice chancellors of
universities, head of judiciary; Generals of military except the
current Attorney general who is from Sabah. In many other important
GLCs Sabahan and Sarawakian were also left out and even chairman of
Federal services commission or Election commission, port commissions
and ambassadors Sarawakian were always left out. Most of the GLCs such
as Security commission,EPF; Hazanah or dana
harta;Petronas,FELDA,FELCRA,Except for National Service Chairman,and
many other semi-governmental agencies where sarawakian and sabahan
were deliberately left out. Most of them are only political appointees
as ordinary members of such board where on the level of decision
makings none are accorded. This is a sad reality which has been
inadvertently over looked for ages due to administrative
discriminatory civil service recruitment from these two states. A
completely new policy should be introduced soon to rectify these
discrimination before 2020 in order to give meaning to the concept of
one Malaysia.

We all known that many Sarawakian are not  UMNO members
but still PBB and other political parties are members of Barisan
National. Is this not marginalization? This should be the mains social
issues to be brought up by the elected members of both BN and
opposition besides the current problems of organizing public rally to
benefit certain section of the rakyaat or voters. Spending useless
political rhetoric in attacking opposition or members of NGOS does not
benefit the voters or rakyaat in general. The most fundamental issues
which are listed above should be openly voiced by those elected
representatives of Sabah and Sarawak.

The future of new generation of these two State in Malaysia will forever be unattended should the current leaders ignored their flights. Unless and until these obvious
problems caused by deliberate political marginalization is rationally
rectified in good time, Malaysian survival as an independent nation
may be facing bleak future as long as "this highly symbolic reserved
of mutual political goodwill" remains a grudging respect for the
leaders of the country. The current political power should not be
monopolistic-ally centralized but must be equitably distributed based
on legitimate needs of times and the original provisions of the treaty
signed  by the two states before joining the federation.

What is truth  cap 3

Truth is fact.
Truth hurts.
It is energy,
full of gut.

Truth is sugar coated vile.
repulsive to senile.
unlike sugar packed lie,
swallow not with smile,

sensitive stomach repulsive,
lies follow in coordinated disguise,
frustrating and submissive,
exposure disclosed by the wise.

Truth is voice of conscience.
Calling from within for repentance.
As universal symbol of justice.
Barisan symbol meant for perfect practice,

But what truth noticeably in disgrace ,
Nor where to be trusted nor care,
Covertly disappear and misplace,
Under the sleeves who was in you know where ?

Weigh the truth and lie without prejudice
Let rakyat decides it with ease.
Avoid involvement of military and police,
Participants capable to handle peace.

Call us not idiots,
We are patriots,
Volunteering to fight,
In broad daylight.

We are not hypocrites,
Either at home or on the street,
To seek truth from Taibetes,
Refreshing MoCS perfume from smell of shit.

No change no gain my friend,
No defeat no retreat nor admit,
With or without police permit,
Hold not MoCS in vain.

Fear not tear gas, my friends,
Nor shall we surrender when success is near,
Heighten our faith in God who ordained,
God protection comes with sincere PRAYER.

The two traditional fixed political deposit States of Sabah and Sarawak
are currently facing new dimensional relationship problems within BN
family. SUPP and SPDP in Sarawak are saddled with new emerging
internal problems which can threaten the existing cordial relationship
of State BN.

The current split with these two partners of State BN can
lead to continuing unresolved political problems in the coming PRU 13.
This will directly affect the 31 MP seats to be contested by State BN partners.
The likely unresolved crisis within these two parties may drag on until
the date of PRU 13 is known. Most political pundits predicted that the
PRU 13 may be held within six months from now.

Judging from the magnitude of these two internal political
leadership crisis, there appears to be no immediate available solutions
to resolve the current impasse. Under such circumstance, Sarawak BN
may not be in an advantage position to effectively contribute to the existing
political strength of national BN set up. The prolonged internal State inter-party
crisis can contribute to further weakening of State BN strength especially after
State Bn dismal loss of majority Chinese based State seats to the opposition
in the recent State General Election. This scenario works to the advantage

of Pakatan in Sarawak especially with the recent attack by the international
media against Pehin Seri Taib and HIS crony corrupt Leadership.

The longer the current crisis remain unsolved the worst would be the
chance of State BN maintaining the existing MP numerical strength especially
in majority non bumi eight voting constituencies in major towns. Perhaps three
other non-Muslim MP seats may also be directly affected by this current political
upheaval. Most educated voters in Sarawak of all races predict that around 12 to 15
MP seats would likely be won by the opposition assuming PBB political influence
remains intact as the backbone of State BN.

However, PBB internal squabbles regarding the selection of potential
candidates  for PRU 13 may also affect and contribute to worsening the existing internally
generated political impasse with in State BN. State leadership will be facing the worst
possible deli-ma since independence with out UMNO influence as the backbone.

Sabah BN set up is not that all rosy? The four Muslim factions need to be
Addressed carefully. The factions involved Musa,Salleh Syed Keruak and Anipah;
Ghafoor Salleh,Datuk Lazim and Mokhtar Radin and Shaffie Afdal,Karim Bujang and Hajiji
is another and the other faction is Datuk Seri Ususukam and the former Usno leaders of
Bajau Suluk together with some non-Muslim bumi MPs who are aligned with Tengku Razaleigh
under AMANAH outfit.

Sabah politics have always been fraught with squabbles every end of a decade.
Since Datuk Musa Aman became Chief  Minster after the end of rotation system, intra party
quarrels have recently weaken the State Coalition. Direct conflict between Musa and Mr. Chong
Kah Kit on religious issue is an open secret. Musa also tried to alienate Shaffie Afdal and the gang.
His recent move by appointing Salleh Syed Keruak as speaker is also contentious issue in Sabah.
The Bajau Suluk nationalistic feeling is mounting especially against the economic dominance
of the Pakistani group of minority in Sabah politic. The spirit to revive USNO is gaining momentum
among the Bajau Suluk voters currently led by Shafie AfdaL and Datuk Ususukam.

The news of Musa's move to bring his bother HANIFAH AMAN back to succeed him
added salt to the current politically induced racial wounds. The Brunei and the Biscay’s group
i.e Karim Bujang and Datuk Lazim are not infavour of Musa continuing to helm the State Umno
Leadership. Musa's unsolved financial scandalous affairs in Hongkong is a continuous liability for BN
and Sabah leadership. Time is running out for the Federal leadership to take drastic measures
to address the issue effectively.

The brewing undercurrent political discontents within UMNO and intra party of BN setup
could not possible be amicably resolved under the current situation. The magnitude of the political
problems faced by Sabah BN leadership could not possible be solved before this PRU 13.Hence
Sabah MP seats may be drastically reduced to around half. This does not seem promising for the
national BN strength especially if you take the overall result with Sarawak performance as predicted
earlier. The overall position of national position is precariously dangerous.

What are the formula for federal leadership under Dato Seri Najib to ensure that Putra Jaya
will still remain in BN control after PRU 13 ? There are three major and pertinent issue which should be
looked seriously and immediately by the Putra Jaya leadership.

First the PM must immediately try to solidify bumiputra support to BN in Sabah and Sarawak
by extending new economic benefits through increasing the percentage of PETRONAS equity. PETRONAS
Management structure must reflect a truly representative PARTICIPATION by the two contribution states.

Secondly, HE must be daring and bold enough to take immediate action against his cabinet
colleagues who are publicly known to be involved in corruption and scandalous acts without any further
hesitation to show that he is sincere and committed to weed off bad elements within the administration.

Thirdly, He should request his minister of consumer affairs to devise an economic model to
immediately curb the spiraling and uncontrollable increase of essential commodities prices which
was invariably caused by the financial windfall gift of five hundred per person earning below 3000 ringgit
and the 100 rm for each student. This counterproductive effects of that unthinkable move defeat the very
purposes of the main aim for which the  economic formula was originally aiming to achieve. This scenario
only indicated that the program is not well-thought.

Fourthly, Pm should not be so over committed to extend new and extraordinary financial
commitment especially on bursaries and  scholarships to the ungrateful communities who are known
to be anti BN irrespective of whether they are helped of neglected. Indications point to one clear sign
that they will not vote for the BN government.

Fifthly, the PM must necessarily increase the numbers of religious trained leadership into
his incoming choice of candidates to counter the impressive influence of pas especially in predominantly
Malay/Muslim constituencies. The current religious leaders in Bn are not effective or at least does not
seem to show any improvement in posing an influential Islamic image of  the administration in spite of
its massive propaganda.

To counter and win over PAS current supporters BN must necessarily employed quality Islamic
leadership into the system immediately not merely by rhetoric. The present minster of religious affairs
has not done much to improve the BN Islamic image. The strength is grossly in sufficient.
Merely concentrating on the potential support of younger intellectually secular generation without taking
into serious consideration on the seriousness and effective contribution of Islamic religious flavor into
the system may end up in failure and political frustration.

Quality religious flavor must be built as the major base support of the one Malaysia Policy
to ensure material and spiritual success of the developed nation. Purely secularism does not and will
not stand the test of time because image of FOAM  can easily be destroyed by the waves caused by
inclement and stormy political weather. In this respect PAK LAH ISLAM HIDARI should necessarily
be reengaged and improvised seriously to give essence to the Islamic Development of One Malaysia.

The effect of charging revolution

Hot dry wind of change are blowing across 90% of Arab countries. The countries are 95% Muslim dominated.Average population below 40 years constituted 40% of the work force in all these trouble countries.

Their common universal grievances are corruption, abuse of power, poverty and lack job opportunities, arrogance leadership, economic monopoly, uneven distribution of national wealth and urgent need for structural reforms of the country's political and administrative systems.
One other obvious and pertinent reason is  overstaying the usefulness of obsolete greedy and autocratic leaders

These powerful gale is blown by "internally generated heat waves from inshore oil fields" of Northern African Countries and the gulf states most of whom are members of the Association of Islamic Countries. The heat spread wild, wide and fasts unknown and not heard off in the last few yearsThe uncontrollable influence of cyber technology provides all these latest opportunities created to provide freedom of information for every citizen of a country beholden with economic opportunities.Good and sincere intentions can turn turtle and work the opposite way.

The heat is inherent expressed and covertly under declared via "a new multidimensional deceptive by focal mirror" of freedom, social justice, originated and torpedoed from the "western houses of guided democracy" aimed to eliminate Islamic powerful influence through imported model of secularism; to completely control black gold economic resources of Muslim power from developing nuclear capabilities of Pakistan and Iran by way of eliminating once and for all tyrant Muslim leaders who are contemporaries of the late Sadam Hussien of IRAQ.

Lame and weak Islamic leaders emerge from this changes can easily fall into western hegemonic traps to ensure the continuous survival of the Zionist struggle constantly kept under their direct supervision surrounded by the new FE ABLE PROTRACTED ISLAMIC ADMINISTERED COUNTRIES. ALI and  MUBARAK have gone. GHADAFI ,BASHIR and ALI ABDULLAH SALLEH are in the verge of collapse in a matter of months. The destruction is swift and hard to control once people power is at work.

This specially designed  job will be done and be able to achieve a remarkable degree of success in terms of objectives specified above once those remaining names are completely taken out from the political radar of Islamic screen for ever.
Change has therefore given birth to a new uncharted destiny.Future hopes aspirations are clouded in mysteries and uncertainties.

The new sails may not be able to withstand the changing pattern of westerly wind from emerging opposing groups which can unexpectedly change direction without warning as much as the nature of British weather pattern.New emerging leaders coming from the recent social revolutionary changes must always be prepared and alert to ensure that the last bastion of our "Islamic Seat of Unity Kaabah" which is currently under the control of the last known and remaining AUTO DRIVEN MECHANICAL POWER HOUSE under American control switch remains intact and operational. without any new defects.South Arabia in isolation cannot stand this wave of change. The entire world Islamic population which is around 1.5 billion must maintain unity in diversity until death takes us away.Islamic Unity is indivisible as much as maintaining our TAHUID in God.

Malaysia as an member of Islamic Conference is not completely insulated from this threatening heat waves. An average eight hours direct flight from any capital of these countries can alternatively  be reached in a matter of few clicks of internet service to know any important up to date incidents happening in these places. There is no way the authority can stop the dissemination of news from reaching the entire population now. We must give credit to our former Prime Minster Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohammad for his fore sight in developing this special media for all Malaysians. However every thing beneficial always come with disadvantages. Therefore we must accept and be prepared to face any unavoidable dislikes due to our own creation without impunity and regret. This is the inevitable cost of technological advancement of this modern age of science and technology. Suffice it to say that what is done cannot be undone.

Since the death of Osama ben laden and the hot news of middle eastern social uprising, the news of al qaeda threat has been taken out of the center stage in term of importance and priority.Bush has achieved his mission to distract world attention away from the truth of the 11th september 2001 incident through his deceit and trickery.Until now the actual identities of the ill fated planes captains have not been identified. Most people believed that they were the dirty covert work of the Israelis dare-devil pilots paid organised by Pentagon to execute the jobs and there after put the blame on Islamic terrorists.Even the term al qaeda was coined by Bush in conjunction with the terms "two evils of exits".He was found wrong in most of his allegations against Sadam neuclear subprogram. The extent of political deceit by him was beyond imagination and blatant lies had angered the world over.Hence many Americas hated him until now.He should be charged for committing international crime against humanity not Ghadafi.Bush had killed hundreds of thousand Iraqi in his tenure as president than the entire regime of Sadam for the last thirty years. He was the greatest terrorist of the century for sponsoring illegal massacre of thousands of Palestinians by the Israel government during his Presidency.Clnton and Obama are no difference. The only major difference is the they come from different political partiy but the inherent covert policy of America is the same; to completely control the world through military might now that they cannot exert their power through economic model.Hence they want to destabilize the entire oil producing countries of the middle east.America is expert at instigating and play from the back. Sadam was once American protegee agaist Iran but dumped him when he is of no more use.America finance Mubarak when he was at the height of power to be at peace with Israel but now He and the entire family were ousted with American help. The same principles were also employed against most of Central American countries until now. Essentially America is a great bully and loves to use cowards to carry revolutionary flags in  the front line.

Recently the Malaysian lady leader of Bersih organizing committee has met the Secretary of State. That meeting perhaps boasted the bersih spirit to fight  for what the reformation of the country's electoral system  besides trying to champion democratic freedom and social justice as enshrined in the constitution. The unrelenting and adamant attitude of the authorities and the ngos to compromise in solving the issue has caused uncertainties and tensions.Should emotions are allowed to flare up and that illegal gatherings proceed unabated, not only BN political  and the opposition leaders and ngo organizers would be jointly responsible for any unforeseen ugly incidents should erupt therefrom. Now that the government leaders have delegated the power to the police handle the issue. Hopefully the precedence shown by government supporters in Penang demonstration yesterday serve as yard stick to guide police tackle and eventualities that may result from thee 9th mass procession.

To be safe and fair for every body Government should relent and relax the rule by either granting permission or alternatively allow the army and the police to peacefully over see the entire event to serve the best interest of freedom of assembly guided by democratic principle with pride, honor and decency befitting our one Malaysia slogan for Melayu,Cina,India,Ornag Asli, Murut, kelabit,Bidayuh,Melanau,Rungus,Kadayan,Bukitan, bajau,Bugis,Kenyah,Kelabit,Kedayaan and all others who are here.

Enjoy your meeting and do not forget any action illegal is prohibited and precedent is not an implied or tacit approval.Datuk Najib,Igp, Army General ,Datuk Annuar ibrahim,Lim Kit Siang and Datuk Hadi Awang should jointly monitar closely and carefully the forth coming event.
